The projects aims to retrofit and upgrade the existing UPOR building in the premises of Mini Vidhan Soudha, Mangalore.

The projects includes reorganizing the interior according to the activities for furnishing the UPOR card, adding one more floor to match the requirements and improve the basic amenities for public.
